Nobody cares about you personally as an American right now. If you met someone who is Saudi would you blame them for what MBS does? Probably not. We went outside the US this summer and everyone was very nice.[/quote]

PP, here.  You’re right, that personally nobody cares about me when I travel abroad.  It doesn’t change the fact that I’m embarrassed and ashamed of my country.  We were never perfect, but I always thought of us as one of the good guys.[/quote]
