I'd guess there are a lot that come to town to dance periodically, but aren't locals. I wouldn't expect that to be in the winter in Alaska, but I also don't know what the commercial fishing season there is like at all. If this is a normal time for boats to be leaving, I'm sure there are traveling dancers there like the one in South Dakota that only opens during pheasant season.[/quote]
