That’s a bizarre analogy, and also 100% inaccurate.  Nobody is dropping pens in your soup.

It’s more like the guest has spotted another diner across the restaurant using a pen to sign the bill, and now they’ve gone home and can’t stop talking to all their neighbors about how this restaurant is forcing everyone to have pens in their soup.[/quote]
