It is appropriate for him to get more blame/criticism because he was the CEO. She also deserves blame for having an inappropriate workplace romance, but he deserves more. That's just part of being in a position of authority -- you have more responsibility and more culpability when mistakes are made. You also generally make a lot more money and get more respect and deference. It's a package deal.[/quote]
