Where to find the math tracks after IM2? Is MD state Dept. of education in charge of developing the math tracks after IM2 or MCPS?
MSDE has appointed a committee to develop the frameworks for those four tracks but it hasn't started meeting yet (I think they start in January?): https://marylandpublicschools.org/about/pages/dcaa/math/sfvc-secondary-mathematics-pathways.aspx But then MCPS will be designing or selecting the exact courses within the guidance they get from MSDE (via this committee.)
Basically I believe the committee/MSDE will be creating something like what's already been done for Integrated Algebra 1 & 2 (and K-8 math) here: https://marylandpublicschools.org/about/pages/dcaa/math/revised-standards.aspx but they haven't done it yet for the post-IA classes. And then MCPS will find or develop classes that meet the standards for those pathways.
