It was how the staff were treated everyday over that year. For a school who only had a couple of people leave the year before, where people go and stay until retirement, to see almost 50 people school wide leave and 75% of the counselors, this shows a long term problem. The fact that no one on the county level also shows that MCPS does not care about its staff. [/quote]
