This is what all young workers (or newer to the workplace workers) go through.  It gets better as you're there longer.  But, when you're at entry level benefits and you choose to have kids, this was your reality pre Covid and now again with the second term of Trump.  I doubt you will see a lot of sympathy because many people have been through this rite of passage.  [/quote]

This seems like gaslighting. Unscheduled situational telework was allowed previously for weather like this, at least when my kids were young (pre-covid).[/quote]
