To make sure the field is in a playable condition and at the very least above freezing temp. Playing in freezing temp on an icy field is dangerous and irresponsible on the league part. [/quote]

You are blaming the league for the weather? ECNL chose KC because that’s where ncaa chose to have their college cup. You really don’t know anything about this. [/quote]
