Law students have tutors? Just asking because I'm a lawyer and if anyone at my law school used a tutor I certainly wasn't aware of it. I'm not saying it isn't a thing, I'm just curious because I've never heard of anyone using tutors in law school. We just used study aids. [/quote]

LSAT, BAR exams, the occasional class: people,  especially people with money, especially people with money who have had tutoring and coaching throughout their lives — get stuck sometimes.  Here’s a link to an option:

And any skill that can be taught can be improved.  If it doesn’t work for OP, then it doesn’t. But I’d hope that someone seeking advice from anonymous strangers would at least consider using the skills that they’ve already marketed successfully

Said with a straight face: They don't work with tutors for "the occasional class they don't have time to study for" if that class is a law school class. They just don't. They use a study aid. If you haven't been to law school, you aren't going to understand this. Of course people use tutors for LSAT prep and bar prep (well, if you are considering test prep coarse teachers "tutors" -- I've taught lsat myself). Although the only people using tutors as opposed to simply taking barbri or something for the bar are people who've already failed it. [/quote]
