I'm not a fan of pot and wouldn't want to expose my kids to it.  I get that it's legal in many areas now, but my position hasn't changed.  I don't want my kids around smokers or intoxicated people either.  If you do it on your own personal time I have no issues with you, but if you are paid to work with children I would expect a little restraint. [/quote]

"A little"? they need to be professionals and keep it to their own time and never while at work.  If I was a TD and someone reported a coach smelling of alcohol or weed, I would investigate it and remove them if true.  That should be a non-negotiable. [/quote]
