Those people on the boat were given no trial, no due process, no way to prove they werent smuggling drugs based on the accusation by the Defense department, and even if which would not entail a death sentence in a court of a law.

The service members cannot avail themselves of a "just following orders" defense.  They should have known this was an illegal order and they are as culpable as Hegseth and trump because Hegseth did not issue this order without trump knowledge and agreement.[/quote]

They not only can but they must. Members of the military are required to refuse illegal orders as the second strike obviously was. [/quote]
