I think WJ/Woodward is getting a bad deal with respect to IB. They are now being assigned to the regional program at Kennedy even though RM and BCC would both be closer. Wasn't the whole point of the model to provide programming closer to home? [/quote]

I really don't know what they are planning - in region 5 they are not balancing FARMS at all. They are segregating all the Hispanic population and the poorer people. It seems like they gave up on that region because Damascus has white people who don't want to integrate with the minorities and they don't want to upset Damascus.

Put Damascus back in Region 5 if you care about FARMS rate for that region.
