When they're made aware of an issue it should be solved promptly, and accurate information given (especially to parents).  The excuse for the child dropped off early was that the attendant had other children to drop off a school further away and would be in trouble if he wasn't on time there - so why was the child's school never notified he was going to be dropped early? Why is an early childhood student on a bus with high schoolers? On the day that the bus got into an accident and was late dropping my student off, why wasn't the parent notified immediately (as opposed to the teacher and parent putting two and two together).

Basically, it was poor logistics and poor monitoring of the day to day operations. Poor communication from central transportation to its employees and to parents and to teachers. [/quote]
