Because state and local affects my life more. When I was in Fairfax County, my taxes skyrocketed every year to the point where it became stupid to stay in retirement. I pay 15K LESS on a house in New England of the SAME VALUE then I do in Fairfax County and get to enjoy a higher quality of life.[/quote]
