Applying to a good number of reach schools, all have strong programs in DC’s areas of interest and DC understands how arbitrary the process can be.  Also spent a lot of time identifying a couple of strong low targets that DC would be happy to attend (hopefully with merit) and showing demonstrated interest in those.  These are the hardest to identify and are very program specific.

This is a slog that requires project management skills and the supplementals are a lot of work.  We help with project management and DC has been working hard for a while and navigated the entire UCAS process solo.

We absolutely gave feedback on essays but DC wrote them.  They are unique and their voice.  DC scoffs at the idea that AI could write a stand out essay.

Good luck to all in this crazy process.  This is our last time through it.  I think DC was more open to our support after watching their sibling navigate it a few years ago.
