yeah, a Pomeranian isn't going to kill you or rip your face off, no matter how angry and loud it can get.  Dogs that can kill should be leashed and [b]muzzled[/b] in public places.  It's common sense.  [/quote]

No, I don't think the vast majority of dogs need muzzling. I would leave it up to the discretion of the owner. The notion that "[b]dogs that can kill should be leashed and muzzled[/b]" is just dumb. ALL dogs should be leashed outside of off-leash areas, and almost no dogs need muzzling. [/quote]

This is really primarily a thing with certain breeds. That’s why there should be breed bans. Do you agree?

I agree. Don't destroy the ones that exist, but spay and neuter them all. Not sure what is debatable about this.
