It says nothing at all about RIFs. Sen. Johnson blocked it.[/quote] Good point, though the Peters bill also covered contractors (which I support - just pointing out the difference) and only covered back pay to the date of enactment, not pay going forward. Maybe Peters should reintroduce that one and see what Johnson says now. [/quote]
