The future is now. A.I. and A.I. controlled bots will replace probably 50% of all jobs in the next decade if advancements continue at the same rate.
I am not worried, they can’t do it without UBI, not if they want to avoid major turmoil.
Oh UBI is basically a guaranteed thing in the future as tech takes over. Elon Musk has been promoting UBI for over a decade now as he see's the future of tech and knows the reality of the situation.
If we can’t get healthcare subsidies, we’re never getting UBI.
The best healthcare is to work less, cook at home, and have great time with friends, starting at age 18. Most of my health scares come from working too much and stressing too much, child birth gave me less anxiety, insomnia and skin problems compared to working.
THIS. So much of this. The whole "work your life away to produce garbage you don't need so you can consume more garbage you don't need" all the while having 60% of your earned work taken away by taxes, is just asinine. I for one welcome A.I. robotics to replace all jobs, and so that people can own robots to send to work for them. No need to slave away anymore for a measly paycheck when one can own robotic slaves.
