King Charles, Timothy Spall, Paul McCartney, the characters Inspector Lewis & Vera, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, David Tennant, Michael Caine etc etc all speak very differently, but they are all British. The accent changes every few miles or with class. There's Northern Irish, Scottish, Welsh and English accents, and many subsets within those. These days, BBC presenters have diverse accents.[/quote]
