It’s not that complicated. If you want an attractive man with money, become an attractive woman with money. The women I see complaining how there are no men left don’t take care of themselves physically, and even if they are attractive, work a $16 an hour job because they just want to be a SAHM. And it goes both ways. Men who can’t land a woman are always ugly and/or broke. Be someone worthwhile and you’ll attract someone worthwhile.
Agreed. Like marries like. Also, men want a smart woman to be the mother to their kids. Mother’s educational attainment is more directly correlated with future children’s educational attainment than with the fathers. No one wants a hot dumb woman to become a sahm.
I did, and still do. A lot of my friends do, too. You're just regurgitating a familiar 3rd wave talking point. I literally could not give two fcks about my wife's educational attainment, once past a basic threshold of functionality. Balance a checkbook, read bedtime stories.
This is why American kids are so bad in standardized testing. When dating in my 40s I met at lot of very successful men (with grad degrees, PhDs etc) who had SAHM ex-wives. Their kids couldn't even finish college: were working as ski instructors, in guitar shops etc in their late 20s making close to nothing. The wealthy dads continued supporting them financially. The culture of trad wives is terrible for raising functional kids. In Europe, the mother's education is fundamental for future off-spring quality of ilfe
