There is nothing wrong with your kid and he sounds a lot like my 17 yo. He often lectures us and he says he can’t believe that we let our daughter, his sister, go out of the house in the clothes that she wears. He had the mind of a person much older than 50. We are in our 50s.
And you shut him down immediately, right? Because you're sticking up for his sister (your daughter!)? Holy moly. Have you talked to him about his incel tendencies? If my son were behaving like this, there would be consequences.
Wow, I’m coming back and see some of you posted some charged replies. I’m a woman and thinks she also dresses too revealing but understand it’s her personal choice. Come on people, how many of you are also posting on the crop top thread about how it’s inappropriate for 14 yo’s. I posted on that one too, saying they are fine. Calm down. There is actually nothing wrong with dressing more conservatively and covering up a bit. There is nothing wrong with showing some skin either. We tell him he was born, ready for a retirement community and he will be able to parent his kids anyway he wants when he is grown and has them.
