[/quote] Bingo. MCPS could be building up job-training pathways based on what students and families want, so they could reach that benchmark due to voluntary enrollment in high-demand pathways. They should have asked “what professional certifications would you like access to” or “what careers paths would you like to explore in high school” and proposed programs based on that. [/quote]
