Staff who live outside the county struggled with childcare and were calling out on these days. FCPS decided to adopt these holidays too. Where FCPS goes above and beyond isn’t with religious holidays. It’s random padding days to bridge long weekends and 2 days off between quarters when most districts only do 1. [/quote]
