Outside of IIT and maybe 20 other colleges, the quality drops to near zero. Also, what private k-12s do you mean and what % of the population even gets to benefit? The US ranks 18 out of 74 on the PISA international test while India is 73 (in fairness, they stopped participating because their scores are so bad).[/quote]
