And the parallels are surprising. What you don't get is that once on this path, it doesn't end easily. It will not be long before the Democrats are back in power and the broadcast licenses of Fox, Newsmax, OAN, etc. are threatened. When the Heritage Foundation and the American Enterprise Institute are subjected to withering investigations. And then the pendulum will swing back. And forth. Ad nauseum.
