Here is the thing, the physical inactivity is the ultimate loophole. There is documentation at my doctor’s office that I’ve never smoked, don’t have any of those other conditions. But physical inactivity is not documented anywhere in the medical record. I last went to the doctor nine months ago, so even if I filled out a sheet that I was physically active, no one can prove that in the last several months I’ve been physically active.

I think that is the loophole that most people can use. The thing about CVS and Walgreens, they love foot traffic from vaccines. They don’t want to make it harder for people to get vaccines. They of course, have to follow laws and regulations, so they are not going to encourage people to get vaccines they don’t need and states with restrictions around what pharmacist can do. They will comply. But Maryland has made it reasonably easy since pharmacists don’t need a prescription to give vaccines.
