That is for the ranking, but not an answer to the roster question. The rosters being complete is due to the IL folks seeing kids at showcase/recruiting events and the clubs providing public facing rosters that are constantly updated. The reason that Cap Blue 27’s roster is incomplete in IL is because that team has less elite showcase girls compared to past Cap Blue teams, and bc Capital is a lazy, poorly run program who hasn’t updated its website since 2022.[/quote]
