Weird you as woman don’t get it I’m a 47 yo woman and I do want to live with a committed partner, not on my own. On the end of the day, companion, someone’s back home is what matters long term. Maybe OP doesn’t want to run around looking for a GF in his 50s, when he’s an empty nester. I met a lot of single men in their late 50s desperate to remarry . They were the men who didn’t rush to commit in their 40s, and some regretted not holding on to women they loved [/quote]
