We all know that digestion and elimination are required for a healthy gut. You can't have waste sitting in your intestines for 1-2 weeks plus and not have problems. The time from consuming food to eliminating the waste from your body via bowel movement should take 24 to 72 hours. Glp 1's slow down digestion and elimination. Gastroparesis is a side effect of the drugs, as well. Use your logic or remain, as you are currently, full of s h i t.[/quote]

You’ve commented on posts about GLP 1s before and you keep stating this like it’s a fact. Maybe this is true for you or others on these drugs but it’s not happening for me (I am as regular as I ever was - once a day) and as long as you are eating a healthy diet full of fibre this shouldn’t be a concern. You may be right that in 5 years there will be some terrible impact of this drug but it’s not going to be because of sh*t sitting around in my bowels as that isn’t not happening[/quote]
