I think I'm the guy who sounds like a dolt. I'm not a grandfather. I take women to nice restaurants, casual restaurants, theater, live music (rock, pop, classical), parks, ballgames, museums, etc. We also sometimes cook together at home. Sometimes we will go away for a weekend. It's pretty much the same whether the woman is 34 or 63, except different women like different types of food and music. If she's a raver or a mountain climber, we probably aren't a good match.
How old are you and what’s the youngest you’ve dated?
Now I'm in my late 50s. I've been divorced for a while. I've gone on some first dates with women in their 20s but they weren't much fun for anybody. I've been in actual relationships with women in their mid 30s, and one of those lasted for over a year. Women in their 40s seem more compatible emotionally and sexually. Women in their 50s have been really great too. I've been in some relationships with women older than me. The oldest was 63 and she was attractive and sexual but also avoidant. Physical attraction and emotional compatibility both matter to me. I'm not looking for a new wife but I'm not a one night stand guy either.
