Got it Poor kids still going to do poor kids stuff and the likelihood of increased results for a statistically significant number of kids is close to nil. All this does is avg out the schools moving some good and bad kids around so Bethesda has 1 less reason to thumb their nose at silver spring, Potomac to gaithersburg ect [/quote]
