First, that ain't gonna happen in a DC court.  No jury will convict.  Second, even if it did happen there's plenty of room in the disciplinary rules and processes for him not to be djsbarred.  Might he be disciplined?  Sure.  Will he be permanently disbarred?  No way.  No matter how much you and your kind wishfully think it.
