I'm not a trained psychologist, and to me his decline is evident, and he wasn't that coherent/healthy looking even in his first term.   But you can wait 5 years when the Trump flunkies write their tell-all biographies about all the things Trump did which showed that he was not in control of his faculties and how they covered it up. Nope--there are articles in the news daily about how Trump is showing signs of dementia, particularly in the European papers where they're less afraid of Trump's retribution.  Those who choose to excuse his behavior rambling about windmills and hanging out on the White House roof are blind, deaf and dumb.
