The publicly available documentation right now is simply the warrant information. That is 'disposed' because the warrant was executed and is no longer needed (because the suspect was arrested and charged). The post-arrest legal process is just now beginning.[/quote] Right. That’s why I was said it was unlikely that the case has already been disposed, only the warrant. We’re saying the same thing. [/quote]
