That makes more sense. The incident(s) and arrest happened two weeks ago. The arrest was reported on only last week. I believe in due process and a speedy trial, but for the case to be disposed of already would seem somewhat improbable. [/quote]

Incorrect. The publicly available documentation right now is simply the warrant information. That is 'disposed' because the warrant was executed and is no longer needed (because the suspect was arrested and charged). The post-arrest legal process is just now beginning.[/quote]

Right. That’s why I was said it was unlikely that the case has already been disposed, only the warrant. We’re saying the same thing. [/quote]
