However, compared to other clubs, SYC sends fewer players on to the next level—whether that’s college or professional pathways. To better serve its players, SYC should take more steps to promote and support their players. This includes increasing visibility, building relationships with college and academy scouts, and creating more structured pathways for advancement. [/quote]
