Men wearing pants don't show their varicose veins. The swollen lower legs, stiff leg and easy bruising can be indications of chronic venous insufficiency. We don't know whether there are varicose veins, whether there have been blood clots, a stroke or pulmonary embolism.

But no head of state reveals a health condition without good reason, so I'm guessing that Trump has an advanced case, and that this is potentially a precursor to announcing, or an attempt to hide, a more serious diagnosis, such as the consequences of a stroke due to a blood clot.[/quote]
