My cardiologist agrees with this poster that there is no proof that dietary cholesterol is bad for our hearts. He also prescribes and I take a statin. Zero side effects after 20 years. Cholesterol is crazy low (but I have terrible family history) and he tells me to enjoy as many eggs as I would like for breakfast. I just so happen to have two every morning. I also have yogurt and half an avocado. [/quote]
