I used to skip breakfast all the time because I wasn’t hungry. I stopped doing that because I read about the drawbacks. I usually didn’t like to eat before a morning run unless it was a long run. And I was never hungry right after running so I would be fine with that schedule, if the run ended at say 9am and lunch was at 11. [/quote]
