In modern day America, if you find yourself underweight and unable to gain or maintain, you should go see a doctor because you are almost certainly sick in some way. At the very least an eating disorder. Even people with a healthy bmi would do well to keep an eye on their weight, because we naturally gain as we age and weight doesn’t ever stay static. [/quote]
