You do not follow the road rules the authorities WILL tow your car, it happens every day to every Tom, Dick and Harry, why should OP get special treatment? You run a red light, you do not wear your seatbelt m, you make an unauthorized uturn you get caught then you WILL lose your driving privileges temporary. note; and how would all of us know about impound regulations in Ca?[/quote]
