False, it's been repeatedly shown here that Asian enrollment is at a historic high, and low-income Asians were the largest beneficiary of the change. [/quote]

That's just factually untrue.  
Unless you are going back to when there weren't as many Asians around.  Then sure, there was a time when TJ was majority white just 10-15 years ago.  But compared to recent years the tend line was heading up and the population dropped after the new system was used.  [/quote]
