[/quote] This is nonsense. OP did not provide what was advertised for multiple days of the stay, and then they had to deal with the repairmen in the unit. Plus, the risk and cost of something breaking is on the host, no the guest. I agree with those who have suggested 50% off the entire stay. In other words, no charge for the days with no central air.
