Just bragging now.... I've always been a saver.  I've never had less than a year of living expenses.

I do not rely on anyone including the government.  Stop living hand-to-mouth.

This place is filled with DC animals whose world is being shaken to the core, and a large part of the country is saying good.

Why is that?  The entitlement mentality is rampant here.  As if!  You think you are necessary in government?  Get real.

75% of the federal govt could be cut a few would miss it.   70% of the federal budget is transfer payments (money going from one person to another).

Who are you talking to MAGA cult member? Most of us here do not work for the federal government. You think everyone who lives in the DMV does? And f*** right off with your tired tropes about "entitlement" and "useless" government workers. Get some help for your rage toward people you don't know but who you perceive as "depending" on the government while you bravely depend on no one but yourself (you definitely have some psychological issues around this). I can assure you that you and/or your near and distant relatives benefit from government programs, tax breaks, and benefits, whether you acknowledge it or not.
