More ChiCom behavior - “ICE” beats a random gardener they found in Orange County, CA https://www.reddit.com/r/50501/s/rVrNXKL4QB
That’s a technique to gain compliance. The suspect wouldn’t put his hands behind his back. He was resisting. That is what happens. It’s not hard to tell that posters here live sheltered lives in UMC neighborhoods. Read the comments below the video. They’re a bunch of know nothing conspiracy theorists that believe there are bounty hunters making arrests.
Officers are supposed to use control holds and leverage-based techniques or joint manipulation to get compliance. https://www.policemag.com/training/article/15346453/control-tactics-and-counter-tactics https://www.police1.com/police-training/articles/defensive-tactics-training-capturing-the-arm-with-a-lever-arm-9rgyx1iUGmuwSQlf etc. Techniques are supposed to be reasonable and proportionate. Punching someone repeatedly while they are lying face down is typically not sanctioned and would only be excusable in a case where a police officer were being assaulted and defending themselves. Clearly this officer was not being assaulted or defending himself. What we're seeing there is poor policing or someone who was improperly trained.
What you’re seeing is an unbadged bounty hunter/contractor violating the 5th Amendment rights of a random gardener. One of the officers is federally badged and seems to be directing the scene, but he doesn’t have control of the goon squad. The rest of them are wearing generic “POLICE” insignia and are unbadged. They are likely deputized contractors.
