This is naive - there are many new families who had zero connection to GDS. In the survey - there are reasonable questions that new families should be given the opportunity to answer in terms of how they rank various qualities of a HOS and what how they prioritize a list of items on what GDS should focus on in the future. they should also get the opportunity to add open comment on their values and priorities.
