The cruelty and showing off, or trying to, to show how tough they are. Dropping people into hostile foreign countries is sick behavior and was trying to bring MAGA something to cheer on. And what happened to the ICE agents and the criminals who were verified as criminals and are now stuck in Africa? Trump thought he was just gonna drop them in South Sudan.
