Weird how suburban white kids' parents dont think rules apply to them. 🙄[/quote] There are absolutely some people that will rent their house to 18 year olds for beach week. They jack up their weekly rates a ton...and they aren't luxury houses...but early June isn't peak vacation travel for anyone with less than 30% occupancy at beach places.[/quote]
