This isn't a college-level image and likeness situation. If they're not going to literally kick you out of the club, wear what you want.  And if you want a better answer, go to club management, not the coaches, who are likely just doing as they're told over this.[/quote]

That’s what we figured, because that’s how it was with Speedo. Our kids go to NCSA, but that’s the biggest meet. We figured the Tyr mandate would only follow Gold (and maybe Silver) I. For planning purposes in case it’s true, can someone kindly suggest the Aquablade and Powerskin 2.0/Next Tyr-equivalents?[/quote]

It was in the registration email.  Reminder for 12 & Under athletes– our new team suit is called the TYR Durafast Elite.

I’m OP. It was not in our registration email:

“Hope you and your families are having a great week.  I’m reaching out with a reminder that registration for the 2025-2026 season will open Monday May 19th.. Registration will only be available to families registered for the current season for two weeks. New families can begin registering on June 2nd – so please register before this time so we know who many spots are available. You will recieve your group placement directly from your group coach over the next few days!

Exciting Announcement about our NEW TEAM SPONSOR!

Effective immediately, NCAP is now a TYR sponsored team!  We are thrilled to be partnering with such an innovative and high-quality swim brand.  Starting this Fall, NCAP will act as its own team dealer selling TYR swimsuits, equipment and apparel (parkas, backpacks, etc.) 
We will have some flexibility for the upcoming season on our athletes still wearing Speedo suits, but recommend families stop purchasing this brand.
With our TYR contract, there will be a team discount available to NCAP families of at least 25% off online purchase available on TYR’s website throughout the year.  We are working on getting this code activated this summer and will confirm as soon as it’s available.  
Team Outfitting Package: Items included in our outfitting package will remain similar to this past season.
Size Deadline (7/31): The system will ask for their shirt size during the TU registration process, you will be able to update this size through July 31st and we will send out a reminder this summer.  
Answers to commonly asked registration questions:

Practice Schedules: Practice schedules will remain the same as this season and can be seen on our website under the practice schedule tab. This tab will also show you the summer practice schedule which is very similar to previous summers.
How to Register New Siblings: If your athlete has a sibling interested in joining us next season, please reach out to Head Admin, REDACTED to schedule an evaluation.
College Registration: This will be available for our graduating seniors by October 2025.  Please reach out to your athlete’s coach before they return home for break next year and they will send you the directions to register.

Our site did not get an email directly from Ugast about this Tyr partnership. We saw it announced on social media and got an email like that posted above for registration. [/quote]
