You usually see this when someone with no apparent connection to a college, and seems to know very little about the college, and who comes out with a bunch of nasty, often off base generic comments. Which does raise the question. If you have no connection to or first/second hand knowledge (my nephew/BFF’s kid went to Vase or Colby or Tufts or wherever), why are you posting— and going out of your way to be mean about it. Having a kid who was rejected and being angry is one reason. I’m sure there are others, including bored trolls. But, I can think of no good reasons to comment nothing of substance and nasty opinions about objectively good schools. [/quote]
