+1. GenX here. I've seen the "yes" people not get ahead either. Just be no nonsense, but polite and do the job you're paid to do. When they don't need you or can hire others at lower cost, it just doesn't matter. They'll throw you off the train. I've had great reviews but I know I'm still here only because my customers require on shore staff. That's it.[/quote]
